The importance of the creative brief, for both the client and the creative, is vital in any collaboration to help achieve the desired goal. Of equal importance is the understanding that any creative brief should not be viewed as a box ticking exercise, but rather as a springboard for the creative leap, to access the magic of a unique and memorable idea.

But who’d of thought a rock and roll musician would have such prosaic and practical project management matters on their mind, the supply of content, candid production and timings concerns, dealing with intermediaries and of course money – although we like Mr Jagger’s approach in this last instance…
