The STX employer narrative: what’s the story?

STX came to us (via recommendation from our work for Moody’s ESG Solutions) to help them recruit the best – and to be seen as a different offering from other financial services employers. The brief was to address the desire of today’s candidates who don’t want to just achieve traditional career goals

Employer narrative theme “Meaning/Significance”

Our solution, a narrative that captured the essence of when potential candidates have reached the point when they want their career to mean something – to give them a genuine sense of purpose in regard to ESG, environmental positivity in helping ensure money goes into projects that make the world a greener place via decarbonisation. This was distilled down to ‘Find your significance, with STX’ and became the springboard for the campaign messaging.

We then brought this to life with clever montages, featuring actual STX staff, blended with natural images and imagery from sustainable industries, using the angle found in the STX ‘X’ to create a dynamic visual language.

We then produced a recruitment campaign for LinkedIn and redesigned the STX Careers portal incorporating the advertising imagery.
