I’ve been meaning to drop a post about this book for a little while, ‘The Flexible Method’ a quick and very useful read by James Burstall CEO of the Argonon group (a multi award-winning independent global production group – click here to see our rebranding work for Argonon).

It is refreshingly candid, super insightful and with some great examples and thoughts to take away on how to manage during a crisis, through inclusive-ness, mindful leadership and creative thinking.

A genuine page turner in a world of ‘shoot me now, I can’t go on reading this’ dull management books.

Plus it was fantastic to see up front the championing of the value in numbers of our creative industries here in the UK.
