Neon give UK Sport’s Pathway Performance Team an edge

Long-time client UK Sport asked Neon to create a distinctive brand identity for its Performance Pathways Team (PPT) — the specialist unit dedicated to developing the next generation of Olympic and Paralympic medal-winning athletes.

Our challenge was to give PPT a “sub-brand” identity that reflected both its gold-standard performance expertise and its role at the forefront of elite sport science.

The solution: a powerful edged brand mark in gold, symbolising excellence and precision, combined with a striking visual system of athlete silhouettes formed by a rippling Union Jack — representing a diverse range of sports and the collective drive of Team GB.

The result positions PPT as dynamic, inspiring and world-class — a brand truly worthy of its podiu
