Recommended via Neon’s award-winning work for Moody’s ESG Solutions, the brief focused on attracting candidates seeking more than just career advancement — those wanting their work to have meaning and environmental significance.
Neon developed the employer narrative “Find your significance, with STX”, capturing the company’s commitment to positive environmental impact and sustainable finance.
The campaign featured dynamic montages of STX employees intertwined with natural imagery, using the STX ‘X’ as a unifying design device.
Neon also redesigned the STX Careers portal and created LinkedIn campaign assets, delivering a contemporary and purpose-driven employer brand.
